The L.I.N.K. Club at Christopher Columbus High School (CCHS) has once again exceeded all expectations! For the second consecutive year, they've transformed the Columbus cafeteria into an enchanting stage for what has swiftly become known as Miami's best prom. The Night of the Stars was an evening that will be cherished for a lifetime, brimming with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Samantha's Purpose is privileged to be a proud sponsor and witness to the remarkable efforts of the students who orchestrated this magical night, dedicated to fostering the inclusion of individuals with special needs.

Under the visionary leadership of inaugural President John-Barry Bertematti, Vice-President Benji Blackburn, and incoming President Sebastian Tamayo, among others, the LINK club spared no effort in creating a truly magical atmosphere. From the moment guests walked the red carpet to the transformed venue, it was evident that this was going to be an extraordinary evening.
The pulsating beats that filled the room kept everyone dancing and smiling, regardless of their abilities. It was a night where barriers were shattered, and bonds were formed on the dance floor. Every detail, from the elegant white draped walls to the sparkling lights and decorations, was meticulously planned to create an atmosphere of pure magic.

Since its establishment in 1958, Columbus has upheld its reputation as a leading college preparatory high school. Their commitment to challenging, inspiring, and preparing young men for lives of personal excellence, service, and devotion to Jesus Christ was evident once more during this event. The success of the Night of the Stars was largely attributable to the unwavering commitment of the club members, who were involved in every aspect of the planning, preparation, and setup. The Columbus administration, faculty, and L.I.N.K. Club moderators played pivotal roles, but it was the dedication of the club members that truly stood out. Generous sponsors ensured that the event was complimentary for the "stars of the evening," while Columbus parents demonstrated unwavering support, embodying the essence of the Marist brotherhood. Furthermore, over 120 high school volunteers from Columbus, St. Brendan's, Carrollton Sacred Heart, Lourdes Academy, and other local high schools were instrumental, with their commitment to excellence shaping the evening.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the students of CCHS LINK club and all the volunteers for their unwavering commitment to promoting inclusivity and spreading joy. It is truly commendable, and it is an honor for Samantha's Purpose to be part of this incredible journey with you.
To John-Barry, Benji, Sebas, and all the members of CCHS L.I.N.K. Club, we express our deepest appreciation for your tireless efforts in creating a night filled with love, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. Your passion for making a difference in the lives of others is truly remarkable.
As we reflect on the enchantment of the Night of the Stars, let us continue to celebrate inclusivity and spread kindness wherever we go. Together, we can make the world a more welcoming and inclusive place for all.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Samantha's Purpose Team
