Since 2007, Samantha’s Purpose has brought families, volunteers, and community partners together to expand opportunities for inclusion.

 

Our support over the years has included:

• Assistance with therapy services and adaptive equipment.

• Help with groceries, utilities, and hygiene needs for families facing hardship.

• Summer camp tuition assistance and support for inclusive camp programs.

• Community events, youth leadership, and Cerebral Palsy awareness initiatives.

 

Working with Blossom Therapy Center, Samantha’s Purpose helped illuminate Miami landmarks green for Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day in 2014 and 2015. Participating landmarks included the Freedom Tower, Miami Tower, and Hotel InterContinental.

 

The organization’s history also includes local proclamations recognizing Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day and Samantha’s Purpose Day, and advocacy supporting Florida’s recognition of Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month.
